Shipping Your Package
Packages are typically shipped within a maximum of 2 days after receiving payment.
We ship your orders via Purolator or Canada Post, within 3 to 5 business days for Quebec and 5 to 8 days for more remote regions of Canada. We serve all of Canada for $15 per package weighing less than 0.5kg.
Pickup for Residents of Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures and Surrounding Areas
Pickup is available for residents of Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures and the surrounding areas. If you choose the pickup option, please come to collect your package within a month of receiving an email indicating that your order is ready. If you do not collect your package within 1 month, your order will be automatically canceled and not refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
Pickup is available on all business days from 10 am to 6 pm. If you need an alternative pickup time, please contact me.
Please note that delivery is free for any order over $150.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it, and I will refund you.

Ship items back within: 30 days after delivery
You will receive your refund within 7 days after the item is returned to my location.
The item must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyers.
